Clickable CTA feature at the end of video

Optional clickable CTA feature to be added at the end of video, preferably heading the a landing page or send a predefined message on predefined WhatsApp number (it could be https://wa.me/phoneNumber url). The Message can include the name of the clicking person and his WhatsApp number for follow-up later.

This seems like the most obvious thing ever, and I can't see why it doesn't exist. See YouTube. How can I say "Try It Now" at the end of the video if I can't provide a link to the trial?

If we can upload a first frame of video which can be included in the video so we can select it as thumbnail later
